Little Green Apple in Geneva, IL is seeking a part-time Sales Leader who brings energy, enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset. You will guide store operations, share product knowledge, and help serve shoppers with personalized solutions while supporting management to hit sales goals.

You’ll be opening/closing the store several times per week, maintaining visuals, stocking and assisting with curbside or in-store pickups, delivering friendly service and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to open and close the store at least three times per week and work two weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting shopping environment.
• Share product knowledge on promotions, services and rewards programs.
• Support store management and the team.
• Assist customers in finding card and gift solutions.
• Share stories of caring to reinforce kindness.
• Handle store operations including replenishment, ringing sales, processing shipments, inventory, and curbside orders.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and meet sales goals as a team.
• Uphold company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
