Job summary

Little Green Apple is seeking a part-time Sales Leader to provide friendly, proactive customer service and drive store sales. You will open/close the store on a rotating schedule, assist with merchandising and stockroom duties, and act as a role model for strong product knowledge and brand programs.

The position emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to excellent guest experiences, with responsibilities across store operations and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail or customer service.
• Age 18+, eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to open/close store ≥3 times weekly and work 2 weekend shifts.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting shopping environment.
• Build expertise on products, promotions, and brand rewards.
• Support store management and lead customer engagement.
• Help customers find perfect card and gift solutions.
• Handle store operations: replenishment, merchandising, ringing sales, shipments, inventory, Hallmark.com orders, curbside deliveries.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that inspires return visits.
• Work as a team to meet sales goals.
