Carter's Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will lead and educate a team about product styles and benefits while delivering exceptional service on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include coaching colleagues, driving results, and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment. The role supports families from preemie to size 14 with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert of Carter's brands to assist families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and coach others to achieve success and drive results.
• Execute assigned business focus areas with planning and follow-through.
• Provide timely responses to customer concerns and resolve issues.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs and credit offerings.
• Give timely feedback to store team and escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager.
