Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, explain product styles and benefits, and remain focused on the customer on the sales floor.

You’ll lead a positive, inclusive team, coach others on omni-channel service, and drive results through careful planning and follow-through. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain customer focus on the sales floor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
