Job summary

Citizen Watch Company Of America, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate/Key Holder for the Orlando Vineland Outlet. The role supports store leadership, drives sales, and trains staff while ensuring excellent customer service and visual merchandising.

You will contribute to achieving sales goals, develop client relationships, and help maintain an engaging store environment. Flexible schedule and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Flexible with work schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience.
• Retail jewelry and watch experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with the management team to meet store sales plans and motivate staff.
• Develop a selling culture and model exemplary sales techniques.
• Train, supervise, and develop store associates in service, product knowledge, and merchandising.
• Lead the team to stay goal-driven and productive.
• Ensure case lines are clean, pricing correct, and products merchandised.
• Manage store in GM/AG absence and maintain floor coverage.
• Support KPI tracking and client development.
