Citizen Watch America is seeking a Regular Full-Time Sales Lead/Keyholder for the Orlando Vineland Bulova Store to drive store performance and mentor the team. The role focuses on sales achievement, customer service excellence, and effective store operations in a fast-paced jewelry environment.

The candidate will train staff, supervise associates, and ensure visual merchandising and pricing accuracy while maintaining strong daily, weekly, and monthly KPI focus.

Qualifications

• Flexible with work schedule to work days, evenings, weekends per the needs of the business.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; or 1–3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Retail jewelry and watch experience highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Work as part of the management team to achieve the store’s sales plans through consistent sales motivation, staff training, and customer service.
• Develop a selling culture in the store.
• Model exemplary selling techniques and customer service.
• Train, supervise, and develop all store associates in customer service, clientele, company history, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Lead team to ensure all members are goal oriented, motivated, and productive.
• Ensure all case lines are clean, pricing is correct and product is well merchandised.
• Manage the store in the General Manager/Assistant Manager's absence.
• Maintain adequate sales floor coverage.
• Track and communicate KPI metrics to the team to ensure achievement.
• Develop and maintain long-term clients through effective customer service.

Summary

The Full Time Key Holder assists the management team in motivating hand inspiring their team to achieve store productivity goals. They assist the management team to develop action plans and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Insures that all case lines are clean, pricing is correct and product is well merchandised.
• Responsible for managing the store when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are not there.
• Maintains adequate sales floor coverage.
• Assist the management team to track and ensure that KPI metrics are clearly communicated and achieved.
• Work with management team to ensure that sales associates are developing and maintaining long-term clients through the effective use of customer service.

Qualifications

• Flexible with work schedule to work days, evenings, weekends, per the needs of the business.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail jewelry and watch experience highly desirable.
