Job summary

Citizen Watch Company Of America, Inc. at the Orlando Vineland Bulova Store is seeking a Regular Part-Time Sales Associate/Keyholder to support store leadership and drive daily sales.

You will work with management to motivate the team, train staff, maintain visual standards, build client relationships, and ensure KPI metrics are tracked and achieved in a dynamic retail environment. Retail jewelry experience is preferred and weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Flexible with work schedule; including days, evenings, weekends.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; or related experience.
• Retail jewelry and watch experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with management to achieve store sales plans through motivation and customer service.
• Develop a selling culture in the store and model exemplary selling techniques.
• Train, supervise, and develop store associates in customer service and product knowledge.
• Lead team to stay goal oriented, ensure merchandise presentation and pricing are correct.
• Manage store when General Manager or Assistant Manager are not present.
• Maintain adequate sales floor coverage and track KPI metrics.
