Job summary

Citizen Watch America, the U.S. arm handling Citizen, Bulova, Frederique Constant, Alpina and Ateliers deMonaco brands, seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate/Keyholder for the Las Vegas South Outlet.

You will support the management team in driving store productivity and developing action plans, while analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, leadership in a jewelry and watch retail environment, and strong customer service to build long-term

Qualifications

• Flexible with work schedule to work days, evenings, weekends.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; or 1–3 years of related experience.
• Retail jewelry and watch experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the management team to achieve the store’s sales plans through consistent sales motivation, staff training, and customer service.
• Develop a selling culture in the store.
• Model exemplary selling techniques and customer service.
• Train, supervise, and develop all store associates in customer service, clientele, product knowledge, and store operations.
• Lead the team to ensure goals are achieved and productivity remains high.
• Ensure cases are clean, pricing is correct, and product is merchandised.
