Job summary

Böhme in Utah is seeking a Sales Lead who works with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, and store operations.

You will lead the team to achieve sales goals, manage cash handling, and ensure loss prevention, inventory control, and training. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and previous supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead store opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization on sales floor and backroom.
• Provide Gold Star customer service and lead the team in sales.
• Drive sales by meeting KPI benchmarks.
• Manage cash transactions, discounts, exchanges and returns.
• Handle product receiving, inventory control, and merchandising.
• Perform price adjustments and markdowns.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and protect store assets.
• Report customer or employee concerns to the Store Manager.
• Participate in leadership development and training activities.

Böhme was founded by Vivien and Fernanda Böhme, two sisters from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil who immigrated to the United States as young girls. With the usual struggles of an immigrant family, work was inevitable from an early age. A Sales Lead is a member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to

maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation

assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

What you will be doing:

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank


• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store


• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales


• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks


• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns


• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising


• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes


• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme


• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager


• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials


• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
