Job summary

Böhme is seeking a Sales Lead in Sandy, Utah, to work with the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales and KPI performance. This leadership role involves supervising daily operations, cash handling, and team development.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, inventory control, merchandising, loss prevention, and training participation. Minimum education and leadership experience are required to qualify.

Qualifications

• Responsible for all store opening and closing procedures and cash deposits.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store.
• Provide Gold Star customer service and lead the team in sales and KPI achievement.
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks.
• Cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns.

Böhme was founded by Vivien and Fernanda Böhme, two sisters from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil who immigrated to the United States as young girls. A Sales Lead is a member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to

maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation

assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

What you will be doing:

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store
• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• Performs all other duties as assigned
