LOFT in Houston is hiring a part-time Sales Lead to model exceptional customer service and guide a team of associates at Store 1776-Rice Village-ANN-Houston, TX 77005.

As a Sales Lead, you’ll partner with the Store Manager, own on-the-floor leadership, onboard new teammates, and maintain brand standards while driving a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can prioritize assignments.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to onboard and develop the team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards with a strong customer focus.
• Use store tools and POS systems to drive performance and omnichannel shopping.
• Step in as manager when needed.
