Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our Westfarms store in West Hartford, CT. You will drive customer engagement, lead a small team, and ensure a seamless shopping journey across online and retail channels.

You will train staff on the Customer Experience Playbook, coordinate with the Store Manager, and strive to meet store objectives in performance, productivity and quality. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work with a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Train and provide feedback on customer experience playbooks.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet/exceed performance goals.
