Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our Westfarms store in West Hartford, CT. You will lead the customer experience, train team members, and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive KPI performance.

You’ll engage customers with product knowledge, manage in-store events, and ensure the merchandising standards elevate the shopping journey. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong focus on teamwork and pace.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, etc.).
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement in-store and through events/promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
