You’ll lead operations, coach the team, and drive sales with purpose while staying informed on trends to engage customers with the brands we carry. Must be a team player with a passion for shoes and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices.
• Retail leadership or management experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor associates and train selling staff.
• Able to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.
• Proficient computer skills.
