Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at our Arlington, VA location. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure every customer has a great experience on the floor and beyond.

You lead by example, hit targets, and keep operations smooth when management isn’t on the floor, with a focus on fashion, customer-first service, and team motivation. Flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Interest in fashion and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and back store tasks.
