Job summary

ALDO Group in Allen, TX is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive results on the floor and support the team. You’ll hit sales targets, coach associates, and ensure every customer has a great experience while management is off the floor.

You’ll lead by example, promote brand initiatives, mentor staff, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain visual displays. The role requires a high school diploma, retail management experience, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and back store tasks
