Job summary

ALDO Group in California is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive sales and support the team on the floor. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll hit sales targets, coach associates, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.

You’ll promote brand initiatives, mentor staff, and contribute to strong visual merchandising while handling day-to-day tasks like restocking and store upkeep. This role offers flexible hours and hands-on fashion exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks.
