What You’ll Be Doing

1. Inspire that Famous Feeling: Walk into the store ready to inspire teammates with your integrity and drive, fostering a culture of caring and camaraderie. Help others be their best by infusing coaching moments for selling behaviors behind our Customer Connection.

3. Ace Retail Operations: Know the ins-and-outs of your store, from pricing to inventory, and enjoy ensuring it runs smoothly. Keep the store clean, organized, and all styles easily shoppable.
4. Connect the Dots: Stick to company policies, utilize resources, and work efficiently to accomplish tasks.

Preferred Qualifications & Education:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management or relevant management experience.
• Experience motivating team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
• Mentoring and training skills.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements and Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift repeatedly.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Experience in retail practices and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks positively.
