What You’ll be Doing

1. Inspire that Famous Feeling: Walk into the store ready to inspire teammates with your integrity and drive, fostering a culture of caring and camaraderie. Help others be their best by infusing coaching moments for selling behaviors behind our Customer Connection.
2. Achieve Your Goals: Bring your best every day, take accountability for your goals, and drive sales with purpose and determination. Every shoe sale counts!
3. Manage Retail Operations: Know your store inside out—from pricing to inventory—and ensure it runs smoothly. Keep the store clean, organized, and all styles easily shoppable.
4. Connect and Collaborate: Follow company policies diligently and utilize team resources to accomplish tasks effectively.
5. Promote Our Culture: Embody and champion the Famous culture by delivering top-notch customer experiences through attentiveness and style knowledge.
6. Spread Positivity: Embrace diversity and inclusivity, ensuring every team member feels valued. Maintain a positive, proactive attitude to uplift others.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
• Experience in team motivation and goal achievement.
• Ability to mentor and train associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 lbs regularly with proper techniques.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to work as part of a team with enthusiasm and positivity.
