Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Part Time Sales Lead in Simpsonville, KY. You will open and close the store, support sales performance, and ensure a positive customer experience while executing day-to-day store operations.

The role supports the Store Manager by implementing customer engagement strategies, maintaining merchandising standards, and driving loyalty sign-ups. A flexible schedule including weekends is required, with opportunities to lead and train team members.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain a flexible schedule
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week including one weekend day and rotating holidays

Responsibilities

• Uphold high retail standards to ensure an in-store experience aligned with Kontoor Brands
• Initiate conversations with customers to assess interests and suggest products
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and recommend products through suggestive selling
• Promote rewards program and achieve weekly loyalty sign-up goals
• Learn about new products and trends to engage customers
• Regularly meet personal sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor clean and stocked
• Handle transactions accurately, manage cash and POS integrity
• Participate in loss prevention efforts and follow company policies
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and assist with onboarding new team members
• Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and daily operations
