Job summary

Pandora at Macy’s Bowie Town Center is seeking a Sales Lead who will act as a brand ambassador, lead a dynamic team, and drive sales performance while maintaining a positive store environment.

You will support managers and associates, exceed sales goals, and promote the Pandora store culture through strong product knowledge and relationship building with customers. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated results‑oriented selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong business and analytical acumen.
• Proven time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Minimum age of 18 with eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing long periods and lifting 50+ pounds.

• Base salary of $17.45 – $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience.
