About The Team

The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class fan experiences and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Engage and attract fans with genuine connections.
• Share thorough product knowledge and create unforgettable shopping moments.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Work a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• All other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Flexible schedule: from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Peak hours are evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches.

Qualifications

• Results‑oriented seller.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences and connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 years; able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Reliable support and step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Compensation
