About The Role

As a Sales Lead, you'll support and role model excellent customer experiences, guiding associates and collaborating with the Store Manager to become a store function expert and step in as manager when needed.

Qualifications
  • 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
  • Management experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with technology and POS systems.
  • Enjoys communicating and coaching.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proactive decision-making skills.
  • Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.
