USCG Base Cape Cod MWR is seeking a Sales Clerk Leader for the Cape Cod Exchange in Buzzards Bay, MA. This part-time role supports service members and families with exceptional customer service and merchandise guidance.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, managing stock, operating the cash register, and assisting with training. Flexible open availability and strong accuracy with transactions are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum retail experience in inventory control and sales.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds routinely and 25 pounds occasionally.
• Open to occasional supervision responsibilities and cash handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Operate cash register and handle cash, checks, and cards.
• Maintain stock levels and price changes; communicate with HQ on special orders.
• Assist with training staff on front-end duties and customer service.
