Ryman is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant for a 15-hour-per-week role. You will support the store team, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive sales. You’ll handle stock, merchandising, and promotions while learning our product range.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive turnover and revenues.
• Be an ambassador for Ryman and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and returns to maintain retention.
• Aim to exceed KPIs set by Store Management.
• Upsell by matching products to customer needs using product knowledge.
• Carry out stock replenishment and maintain stock accuracy.
• Promote high visual merchandising and keep store clean and organized.
• Develop product knowledge and continuously improve skills.
• Recognise opportunities to increase sales with add-ons.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
