Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates in West Chester, PA to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales on the sales floor. Starting pay is $12.00 per hour.

You will greet customers, learn product knowledge, operate cash registers, keep shelves stocked, and assist during promotions. A flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends is available, with opportunities for growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld/mobiles).
• Good communicator with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information gathering to solve problems.
• On-the-job training will teach procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
