Job summary

Five Below in Latrobe, PA is seeking part-time Sales Associates to be at the heart of the action. You will deliver outstanding customer service and help drive sales while keeping merchandise organized and the floor stocked.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding needs, promoting events, resolving concerns, restocking, and communicating with management. A flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends) is required; occasional overnight shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

At least 16 years old.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers promptly; acknowledge customers and provide assistance.
Understand and meet customer needs; share product knowledge and make recommendations.
Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
Resolve customer concerns; offer alternatives and exchanges when possible.
