Job summary
Under Armour in Rochester, NY is seeking a part-time sales associate to deliver great customer service, stock shelves, and assist with front and back-of-store tasks. You will greet customers, suggest apparel and footwear, and process transactions using our omni-channel tools.
Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, able to lift up to 25 lbs, and flexible to work holidays, nights, and weekends. Basic English is a plus, and strong communication helps you thrive in a fast-paced retail
Qualifications

- Lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg
- Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
- Available to work holidays, nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills required
Responsibilities
- Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
- Suggest apparel and footwear to customers
- Share product knowledge with customers
- Stock, straighten and clean the store
- Assist with front and back of store tasks including POS
- Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
- Work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Promote Under Armour Rewards program to customers
- Fulfill attendance as scheduled
