Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office.
• Lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Handle front and back of store tasks including POS.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests via digital experience.
