Job summary

Under Armour in Lee, MA is seeking a friendly part-time Sales Associate to provide great customer service, greet shoppers, and guide them to the right apparel and footwear. You'll help with checkout, stock the floor, and support both front and back-of-store tasks.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, promote loyalty through our Rewards program, and handle omni-channel requests through our digital experience, while staying flexible to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with technology and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge about products to enhance shopping experience.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
