Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate in Savannah, GA. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac shopping experience on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends and nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support, including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores, vendors, or meetings as needed.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and data privacy in handling transactions and customer information.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift/move furniture up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy, selling while following the Lovesac process and maintaining a personal quote pipeline.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging shopping experience; close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through confident, disciplined execution.
