Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is hiring Bear Builder associates who deliver exceptional guest service while helping guests create personalized furry friends. You will engage with guests with enthusiasm, foster a warm atmosphere, and ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes adherence to brand standards, teamwork, and flexibility across busy retail environments. Ideally, candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
