Job summary

The Tile Shop is looking for a friendly part-time sales associate to join our showroom team in Kentucky. You will work with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals to recommend products that meet space, style, and budget needs.

Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations and educating customers on installation and use of our products. You will track orders, meet personal sales goals, and contribute to team targets while presenting yourself professionally at all

Job Description

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.

• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates

• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
• Other duties as assigned

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage from $16-$17/Hr, depending on experience and with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
