Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our showroom team. You will work with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals to recommend products that fit space, style, and budget.

Responsibilities include building lasting customer relationships, educating clients on product use and installation, tracking orders, and meeting personal sales goals while contributing to team targets. Earn hourly pay with uncapped commissions 20–30 hours weekly.

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage from $16-$19/Hr, depending on experience and with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
