Job summary

Lumber Liquidators in Kansas City is seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to help customers select flooring, upsell, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Base pay $15.00 per hour plus monthly commission with no cap; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; bilingual Spanish a bonus; forklift certification required prior to operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Merchandise and maintain an organized showroom.
• Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
