Job summary

The Tile Shop in Glendale, AZ is hiring for a Part-Time Sales role in our showroom. You will work with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals to understand space, style, and budget while recommending products.

You will build lasting relationships, educate customers on installation and product use, and strive to meet personal and team sales goals. The position offers $17 per hour for 20–30 hours weekly, with uncapped commissions opportunities.

Job Description

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.

• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage of $17/Hr with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
