The Tile Shop is looking for a Part Time Sales associate in Washington, DC. This role involves working closely with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals to provide style recommendations and exceed customer expectations.

With a pay of $18/hour and the potential for uncapped commissions, this position allows flexibility with a 20-30 hour work week. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure, while also being detail oriented and organized.

• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals.

• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
• Other duties as assigned

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage of $18/hour with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
