Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our showroom team in a role that supports interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals. You will provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements while building lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities include understanding product installation and usage to educate customers, tracking personal sales goals, and coordinating store orders with customers.

Qualifications

Job Description

Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage from $16-$19/Hr, depending on experience and with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
