Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Franklin, TN. You will sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a busy showroom environment.

Responsibilities include building relationships, merchandising, handling POS and inventory, resolving questions, and participating in promotions to boost sales. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in retail are preferred; forklift certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
