Helzberg Diamonds is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Coralville, IA. You will work to consistently meet personal sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to store profitability.

Ideal candidates bring jewelry retail experience, a proven commission-track record, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will participate in merchandising and store upkeep while building client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven history of selling in a commission environment.
• Superior communication skills.
• High internal motivation.
• Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities.
• One to three years of jewelry retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
