Helzberg Diamonds is seeking Retail Sales Associates for our Colonial Heights, VA location. You will aim to meet personal sales goals while delivering superior customer service and participate in store operations.

The ideal candidate has experience selling in a commission environment, strong communication, motivation, flexibility, jewelry retail experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven history of selling in a commission environment.
• Superior communication skills.
• High internal motivation.
• Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities.
• One to three years of jewelry retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
