Nadeau Asheville is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in Austin to provide a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience. You will help customers find furniture and décor that fit their space, drive sales, and learn Nadeau's unique product range.

The role emphasizes customer connection, product recommendations, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting with lifting and merchandising tasks. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail, furniture, home décor, interior design, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales ability with a customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of or genuine interest in furniture, home décor, and interior design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging customers, asking questions, and recommending products based on their needs.
• Professional, dependable, and able to follow direction while also taking initiative.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer and math skills; must have reliable transportation.
• Weekend availability is required; schedule flexibility is preferred.
• Must be willing and able to regularly lift and move furniture weighing 50+ lbs, with assistance when appropriate.
