Job summary

Lumber Liquidators in Austin, TX is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to help customers explore flooring options, upsell products, and manage daily store operations.

You’ll work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, earn $15.00 per hour plus a generous commission and bonus program, and benefit from a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and holidays.

Forklift certification is required prior to operation and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
