Job summary

89th & Madison is looking for a Sales Associate to influence the sales floor with your unique style, passion for the product, and welcoming energy. You will guide customers to their personalized look and collaborate with team members to drive business success.

You will welcome customers, answer queries, follow sales goals, stock and maintain displays, process POS transactions, and build trustful relationships, all while contributing to a positive, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English.
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
• Familiarity with inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds when merchandising the sales floor. Comfortable with using ladders or stairs
