Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers on post-sales activity including order entry and the day-to-day responsibilities of accounts to ensure proper implementation of their solutions, broadcast and digital.
• Assist Programming staff with the daily administration of managing logs and station programming.
• Processes client posts, supplies pre/post log times, sending invoice copies and assists with a vast array of duties as needed.
• Works in a team environment to achieve individual and team goals and provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with team to set up new customer accounts, contracts, order entry, and revisions.
• Plans, organizes and prioritizes workflow to meet team goals and deadlines.
• Uses WideOrbit Traffic to prepare reports and provides back-up as needed for Account Managers.
• Provides support and works closely with sales staff, local, national and digital.
• Performs the duties of the other team members as needed.
