We're hiring a Part-time Sales and Service Representative to join our Strasburg Team.

This role involves developing and maintaining personal banking relationships with customers, providing quality service, guiding customers to suitable bank products, and cross-selling to broaden relationships. The position also includes serving customers at the teller line, completing various financial transactions according to operational guidelines. The time spent on different tasks varies based on branch needs.

Branch Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (2-3 Saturdays per month required)

Position Includes:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Performing teller and platform transactions efficiently and accurately
• Adhering to operational and customer service procedures
• Operating required technology and software including computers, cash recyclers, iPads, ATMs
• Identifying customer needs and cross-selling opportunities
• Engaging in outbound customer calls
• Developing knowledge of Univest Products and Services
• Leveraging bank promotions
• Following sales flow procedures
• Participating in branch activities and training
• Completing notary training if applicable
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, including the Univest Code of Conduct
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Attention to detail and prioritization skills
• Experience in retail sales or telemarketing with proven results
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Professional appearance following dress code
• Completion of SSR, Consumer Loans, Teller training, and Univest University’s “Pre-Supervisor” Certificate Program within 12 months of hire

Wage Range: Starting at $22.00/hr
