Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must read, write, and understand in order to complete job duties and comply with policies.
• Must complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be able to operate or learn to operate equipment/tools used in this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for salad bar, cut fruit, stock and keep items fresh.
• Execute all food safety requirements for the salad bar.
• Review schedule, check equipment and PPE at shift start.
• Receive, store, and stock items.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, and displays.
