Job summary

CCBC is seeking a part-time, non-credit Workforce Development instructor to deliver OSHA 10/30, EPA certifications, and building operations topics. Courses may be scheduled evenings or weekends at Catonsville, Dundalk, or Essex campuses. The ideal candidate will bring subject matter expertise, strong communication, and proven experience teaching adults.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Must have a high school diploma or GED, solid computer proficiency, and the ability to work a flexible

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be a subject matter expert.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Experience teaching or training in an adult setting preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments.

Responsibilities

• Teach college level non-credit Workforce Development courses focusing on OSHA 10/30, safety topics, EPA certifications, Green Topics, and Building Operations content.
• Deliver courses at Catonsville, Dundalk, or Essex campuses, with flexibility for evenings/weekends.
