Job summary

Kohler Co. at The American Club in Kohler, WI seeks a Room Service Attendant for onsite service. Deliver meals and beverages to guests, ensuring timely, courteous, and accurate presentation and handling guest requests with a focus on satisfaction.

Role is part-time with shifts 2pm–10pm, weekdays and weekends. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and obtain a SafeServe certificate after hire. Sign-on bonus $500 and hourly pay $10.10–$15.20 plus tips.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Must have a valid Driver License.
• Prior serving experience preferred.
• Applicant will be required to obtain a SafeServe certificate upon hire.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Providing delivery services of food and beverage items to guests while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring appearance of food and beverages are served within standards.
• Accommodating guests’ special requests and concerns.
• Maintaining knowledge of serving etiquette, guest relations, check procedures, and safety practices.
