Job summary

The American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin invites applications for a part-time guest services role, onsite. The team delivers warm hospitality, assisting guests with arrival, luggage, and vehicle support, while ensuring prompt, courteous service that exceeds expectations.

Shifts vary 6:00 am–11:00 pm on weekdays and weekends. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to stand/walk, and weekend availability. Vaccination policy applies; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
• Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
• Valet parking vehicles
• Driving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus
• Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest’s room
• Maintaining knowledge of in-house facilities and hours of operation
• Identifying guest and room number, analyze the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room
• Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff
• Maintaining a clean work area and storage spaces
